Analyses your active sprint by pulling all stories, their status, assignees, and test coverage from Jira and Xray. Calculates velocity, risk heatmaps, and coverage gaps in real time. AI highlights bottleneck stories, predicts sprint completion likelihood, and flags under-tested high-priority items so you can course-correct before the sprint ends.
Methodology —
Concurrent analysis of all sprint stories (Jira + Xray + changelogs + bugs). Each story scores across 5 risk dimensions: Technical Complexity, Business Impact, Testing Coverage, Delivery Risk, Dependency Chain. Sprint health aggregates story-level risks, bug density, and coverage gaps. Bedrock Nova Pro synthesises an AI risk report with prioritized actions.
